The Gauntlet Has Been Laid By Red X? Wants The WWEP Undisputed World Heavyweight Championship??

+++++++++++++++++

WWEP Intercontinental Championship; Jerry Haynes (c) vs TJ Ivers

With two men who clearly know each other very well and what transpired at the press conference, both these men will stop at nothing to be the Intercontinental Champion. Jerry extends his hand out to TJ as he does almost every other match he is in, but even though TJ doesn't reach for the handshake, Jerry is close enough that he is able to rare back his hand and slap him across the face! The crowd cheers with Jerry seemingly showing a different kind of intensity than he has ever shown previously, taking TJ back as well in shock. Commentary sells this new attitude of Jerry and that Jerry "might've just given TJ back his receipt for the slap two nights ago at the press conference!" But TJ doesn't waste any time walking back to Jerry to get face to face with him to return a slap of his own onto the Intercontinental Champion! There is a very short pause but it isn't long until the two men just start stiffing each other right away with hard slaps to the face and a flurry of forearm strikes as well, neither man letting the other affect them too much in the scuffle.

It is surprisingly Jerry who is able to start rocking TJ back with a combination of three left jabs and a spinning right back elbow to TJ… so TJ just responds by brutalizing his opponent with a crossarm blow to the nose to break up the momentum! Now TJ starts landing several more big crossarm shots, using the inside of his elbow and bicep to batter Jerry as hard as he can, which drives him into the corner. TJ immediately starts working him over in the corner with more strikes. TJ uses kicks to the ribs and the mix of side elbow and forearm shots to batter his opponent, bringing him out of the corner with a Snapmare… and then a Dropkick right to the back of the head! Into the cover - 1… 2. Kick Out!

Barely a two, but TJ just goes right into his first hold, grabbing an arm to roll Jerry around and apply a hammerlock. Jerry ultimately fights out of it, although the self proclaimed BADDEST SON OF A BITCH IN THE COUNTY just gets him in an arm wrench once on a vertical base. TJ adds to it with several overhead elbow strikes to Jerry's left arm, already starting to work on the trigger point for the Crossface.

The champion starts mixing up his game to get a better footing, using quick dropdowns and leapfrogs to start avoiding TJs charges for an attack, causing his opponent to become erratic in his offensive attempts. That allows Jerry to then duck a Clothesline from TJ, trip him up with a Leg Sweep, only to miss a standing Elbow Drop! Both men are right back up to their feet, and clatter each other with Clotheslines! Both stagger backwards and TJ goes to the well again, but Jerry telegraphs, leaping off his feet to scissor TJ's arm and take him down to the canvas! Jerry's rallying the crowd up behind him who is all in as commentary puts over how competitive of a wrestling match this has been all for the Intercontinental Championship, the workhorse championship. Jerry starts motioning that he is going to lock TJ into the sharpshooter, but just as he is trying to roll over TJ….THE STEELE lands a rough back elbow to the bridge of Jerry's nose just enough to break free from Jerry's clutches of the sharpshooter!

As both men quickly get back up to their feet, both clearly in a lot of pain over everything that has happened so far, the two just stand at opposite sides of the ring staring at each other as the entire crowd is on their feet clapping for this amazing exchange. The two look back and forth at the crowd taking in the moment as commentary continues to build up everything these men will put themselves through to be at the top of this business and to hold that championship belt!

The pair show some hesitation in jumping right back into an attack on one another, clearly not wanting to give the other to option to reverse anything and get any momentum. The pair starts to chain wrestle as they swap standing holds on one another for several moments, and then do the same thing on the canvas as well, trying to showcase their superiority over the other. There’s no cliche stand-off at the end despite their stalemate.

Technical wrestling continues to be the name of the game as Jerry and TJ opt for a slower pace to utilize more holds on each other, unsurprisingly both men trying to target the other’s shoulder because of their submissions. Arm wrenches, ringers, and hammer locks are the main ways the two go about things for now, throwing in slick counters along the way to keep each other on their toes. It is TJ who is able to finally land the distinctive advantage though when, with TJ in a hammerlock, he is able to duck his head to avoid Jerry's back elbow strikes, feign a suplex, only to then sweep Jerry's legs when he tries to block it, DRIVING Jerry face first to the mat, TJ landing on top of him!

And showing what kind of wrestler he is, it doesn’t take long for him to transition Jerry into a Short Arm Scissors submission hold of his own! Innovative work by The Steele to trap Jerry's left arm awkwardly under his legs, working on the left shoulder! It’s a painful submission, but the champion is close enough to kick his legs out and latch onto the ropes to force a rope break...which clearly only angers the challenger even more. TJ starts taking out his frustration on the referee going back and forth about the rules of the match. In a huff, TJ turns around and just starts laying in kick after kick on a flat back Jerry in the center of the ring. Commentary starts to transition and sell how TJ has tried to keep a fair technical wrestling match up to this point, but now his frustration might be causing him to drift into his usual brawling and dirty ways.

Now that he’s able to start getting an advantage on that shoulder after brutalizing Jerry with the kicks, TJ zeroes right in on that weakened shoulder. That’s painful enough, but TJ makes it worse when he locks Jerry in a front facelock with one arm and a hammerlock with the other. But instead of pulling on Jerry to submit, he instead changes course, drives his weight right down on Jerry's shoulder, picks him up to his knees and connects with a Hammerlock Suplex! BAM! Cover by TJ now - 1… 2… Kick Out!

TJ in a rage slams his fist down on the canvas and starts screaming at Jerry to stay down. TJ ups it again though, because it is only a few moments later - after some stiff knife edge chops - when he again innovates to add more pain to the shoulder with a HAMMERLOCK NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX! TJ is really going for the pain factor! Another pin - 1… 2… Shoulder Up! Just not enough leverage on the pin for TJ! And the champion is still alive!

As commentary talks up the ruthlessness of what it means to be an Intercontinental Champion and everything you have to put your body through, TJ just goes for a more routine offensive maneuver with a Snap Suplex, and then looks for the submission again with a Cross Armbreaker! Again it’s the challenger looking for the submission, trying to tear Jerry's rotator cuff, a man possessed to earn victory… but just as it looks like Jerry might have to tap out, the crowd starts chanting for Jerry and the champion somehow someway again is able to get his feet around the ropes! Unlike previous times though, TJ refuses to listen to the referee and holds onto the submission until the referee's count of 3, still getting a few extra seconds of work in on Jerry's left shoulder. TJ doesn't break the hold until the referee is able to physically pry him off of Jerry.

TJ gets back up to his feet as Jerry holds his shoulder in excruciating pain screaming out to the crowd. TJ wants to keep his offensive run going and wraps his arms around Jerry for a SPINNING BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX - but this time out of nowhere Jerry blocks mid move! The champion somehow lands on his feet as TJ twirls himself to hit the suplex, and Jerry hits it instead knocking TJ senseless a little bit! Quick thinking from Jerry to land his own Belly-to-Belly gets a huge reaction from the very pro Jerry crowd, landing on top of TJ just enough for it to be a pin as well! 1… 2.. Shoulder Up! TJ is not going to go down that easy!

It was a pin that Haynes didn’t really know about, and the champion isn’t able to just jump back into the ascendency after the big suplex. He clearly needs a spell of recovery of his own, still being very sore and groggy from the punishment that TJ has laid waste so far. But when the two men begin throwing strikes again, this time it is Jerry who takes the knife edge chops from The Steele and responds with stiff forearm strikes to daze the challenger, much to the satisfaction of the crowd!

TJ darts at Jerry in an attempt to hit him with a spear, but Jerry sees it from a mile away and is right there to drop the challenger down to the canvas with a vicious Sitout Suplex! But instead of going for a pin, the champion reaches his hand out to the crowd and starts rallying them once again to get behind him! Jerry instead goes to the apron, looking for one of his slingshot attacks. Jerry starts to go for it, but has to stop before vaulting himself over the ropes. His excruciating left shoulder stops him! This allows TJ just enough time to get up and connect with several forearm strikes to Jerry. TJ looks to capitalize with an Inside-Out Suplex… but Jerry blocks… and finds the strength in his shoulder for a Vertical Suplex… OVER THE ROPES TO THE FLOOR ON HIS CHALLENGER!! Clearly switching momentum!

It’s a hard landing for The Steele as he goes from the canvas to the mats at ringside as Jerry only drops to the apron. The valiant Intercontinental Champion who is running completely just on fumes right now uses his opponent being down to recover himself, and then plots his next move by standing on the outside of the second turnbuckle, TJ slowly pulling himself up to his feet - MET WITH A VICIOUS DIVING AXE HANDLE SMASH KNOCKING HIM BACK DOWN TO THE GROUND!

That one connects right to TJ's shoulder! It’s by design from Jerry to also target TJ's shoulder just like he’s been doing to him, and when he rolls TJ back into the ring, Jerry again heads up to the top turnbuckle to showcase his versatility as an aerial threat as well as a powerhouse. DIVING KNEE DROP... and it’s again onto TJ's shoulder! Precision accuracy from Jerry, and he quickly goes for a cover - 1… 2… Kick Out!

Despite his frustration with the count, Jerry protests zero iota, instead transitioning into a modified Armbar submission hold, although it doesn’t even require a rope break from TJ for the hold to end. Instead Jerry pulls his opponent up to his feet and locks him in a front face lock for his swinging fisherman’s suplex… Moss Covered Three Handled Family Credenza... but this time blocked by TJ!

The Steele punches Jerry in the ribs repeatedly to break free, ducks a Haynes clothesline attempt, throws a kick and finishes it off with an ENZIGURI to the champion! TJ grabs Jerry back up to his knees and from behind goes to hit a german suplex, but in superhero like fashion, the champion is able to land on his feet from the German Suplex! Jerry grabs TJ for a german suplex of his own, but just like Jerry, TJ is able to land on his feet as well! The two stare at each other for a couple seconds in disbelief at the reversals as commentary flips out about the sheer athleticism in both men. Jerry charges charges in at TJ, and into a back elbow strike! Small Package by TJ! 1… 2… Reversal FROM JERRY!

1… 2… Kick Out! Both men are up and TJ swings first, but Jerry ducks and twirls himself around him, rolling him up with a quasi-School Boy! TJ kicks out at 2, up they go again, and this time TJ telegraphs Jerry's Back Body Drop attempt with a Sunset Flip! Another cover, but Jerry rolls through at 2… stacks TJ up for a pin of his own! TJ kicks Jerry off, causing him to flip back into the Sunset Flip style pin!

"These guys look like trapeze artists! My god!" - Coty Coleman

"Psh! No way you could that, Coleman!" - Ben Davis

"I never said I could!" - Coty Coleman

Jerry reverses at 2 into a Jackknife pin! And this time, TJ just uses incredible strength to lift them both up off the canvas! TJ twirls them into a Backslide Pin! Jerry kicks out at 2 again and rolls backwards up to his feet, charging before TJ can only get to his knees - Oklahoma Roll! Another pin, and another 2 count as TJ shifts their body weight to end up on top of Jerry now! Again the referee makes the count, again it’s only 2 because Jerry shifts their positions back! Another cover, another 2 count! This time TJ just kicks out as both men scurry up to their feet and hit opposite ropes before charging in - DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE! Both men are dropped!

"Wow! Can you believe what we are seeing in the ring right now, gentlemen?" - Mike Tenay

"I am in absolute shock...how many pinfall covers was that?" - Coty Coleman

"Coleman, probably way higher than you could count!" - Ben Davis

"I have never seen anything like it. Wow" - Mike Tenay

Both men are slow to get up after the energy draining sequence, The Professor applauding both men for their incredible counters and intensity throughout the contest. While the two men start things off slow again with some hard strikes to one another and grappling again, it is The Living Legend himself Jerry Haynes, who quickly finds himself with the advantage. Jerry reverses an arm wrench into one of his own, somehow twirling it around TJ's throat so they end up back-to-back…and finally hitting a brutal looking Neckbreaker that wipes TJ completely out in the center of the ring!

And again going right to the weakened part of the body, Jerry Haynes hoists TJ upside down onto one shoulder and takes a few steps forward - SHOULDER BREAKER! Both of these men are going for the shoulder, but the question remains of who will finally be the one to utilize it for the win!

Despite the big move, Jerry isn’t going for a pin. Instead, he’s going up to the top turnbuckle signaling for his all impressive finishing elbow drop! Haynes exits to the apron and starts his climb up top, looking for that big impact move. As Jerry checks his footing, he sizes up TJ expecting to still see him flat on his back… but The Steele is back up on his feet! He scurries to the corner leaping onto the second turnbuckle in an attempt to bring Jerry off the ropes, but Jerry is ready and right there to catch him in mid air and come down from the top turnbuckle with SUPER SPINNING BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX OFF THE TOP ROPE!

"MY GOD!! DID YOU JUST SEE THAT???" - Mike Tenay

"What is happening???!" - Coty Coleman

Both men are laid completely out in the center of the ring, both feeling the devastating effects of that belly to belly suplex off the top rope and everything that has happened up to this point. Jerry is the first one to start to very slowly get back up to his feet, using everything he can in his body to pick himself up with the assistance of the ropes. But on the other side, TJ is still flat back completely dazed. The referee tries to convince Jerry just to cover TJ for the pinfall and end this match, but the champion refuses and tries climbing up to the top rope once again! The referee desperately tries to get Jerry off the top rope, but Jerry is hellbent on connecting with his flying elbow with the crowd getting louder and louder in their cheering for the champion. Jerry can barely move his legs up to the top rope, but he clearly is feeding off the energy in the crowd. Jerry motions like he is going to leap off with his signature elbow drop, but instead he shakes his head no, looks up to the ceiling with a 3 second silent prayer, and leaps off in dramatic fashion with a SHOOTING STAR PRESS RIGHT ON TOP OF A LAID OUT TJ KNOCKING HIS OWN SELF DAZED AS WELL!!

"SHOOTING STAR PRESS OFF THE TOP ROPE!!!!" - Mike Tenay

"I have seen everything, my god!!" - Coty Coleman

"I could do that..." - Ben Davis

"THE REFEREE COUNTING THE PIN...1.....2....3!!! JERRY HAYNES HAS RETAINED THE WWEP INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!" - Mike Tenay

"Wow, can we all finally just take a breath now?" - Coty Coleman

The riotous crowd pops with Jerry being announced as STILL the WWEP Intercontinental Champion, but both men just continue to lie in the center of the ring knocked completely unconscious from everything both of them put their bodies through. The referee drapes the Intercontinental Championship over Jerry's body, but both men get a huge standing ovation from every single person in the arena. "Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry" echoes throughout the arena as several members of the medical team rush down to the ring to help both men out of the ring and up the ramp. Jerry is just about to be taken through the curtain, when he slowly starts coming back to himself and with a tear in his eye pushes the medical examiner to the side and painfully holds up his Intercontinental Championship to the roaring crowd. Out of pure exhaustion and pain though, Jerry after a few seconds falls back onto his knees and has to be helped back up once again through the curtain.

WWEP Undisputed World Heavyweight Championship; Austin Michael Pieper (c) vs Matt Charles

Tension has been building for months between these two, both knowing that they would come face to face at this moment here on in the main event of night 2 at Wrestlemania. The WWEP Undisputed World Heavyweight Championship belt is slowly risen from senior referee Mickey Jay who has to make sure that The Panama City Playboy doesn’t jump the champ early. Charles one-part wanting to just get his hands on Austin after everything that’s happened and has been said in the build up to this one. But as soon as the bell rings, Matt cannot wait a second longer and immediately kicks the right knee of Austin, causing him to fall down onto his knees in perfect heel like fashion. Austin was surely expecting a methodical amateur style approach from his opponent to start this match that Matt had promised, but Charles is embracing the main event style of a wild brawl to start the match that has won him matches like this before!

Austin is taken by surprise by Matt's bravado, on the back foot and covering up while Matt just throws haymakers at the unsuspecting Austin, not wanting him to have any chance to make it back up to his feet. It’s all defense and no offense from the Undisputed Champion as a result in the early going, but his shielding does enough to prevent any big strikes - so Matt succinctly switches to the amateur game with a Headlock Takeover! And that allows him to unload with the fists of fury! Matt starts pounding away… and Austin has to escape to the outside!

In a rare set of events it appears that Austin is the one running like a scalded dog, but Matt is right there for the chase. Now It’s time for good old new fashioned brawling outside! It’s a LOT of punch and move spots right here, as Matt punches Austin and the Champion retreats further around the ring. That only works until Austin grabs onto the security rail to support him. Matt tries to SMASH Austin off the top of the guardrail - but Austin blocks! Austin lands a cheap thumb to the eye! And it’s FACE TO GUARDRAIL for Matt Charles!

The crowd seems to be a little mixed, seeing a little bit of a different side to Austin Pieper. As Mike Tenay whines about count outs and even disqualifications, both Coleman and Davis shut Tony up by saying that might be exactly what Austin wants to happen. Austin smiles at the referee and then grabs some cable cords and starts choking Charles with the camera cables!!

Austin even shouts to the referee Jay, “Oh is this illegal or something, ref? Huh?! Am I not allowed to choke the living life out of this piece of shit??” but instead of disqualifying Austin, the referee gets physical by trying to pry the cord from around Matt's neck!

Austin does relent and frees Charles, but with the Panama City Playboy gasping for air, Austin gets a brisk walking start and Clotheslines the challenger over the guardrail and into the first row of Texas Stadium!

Mickey Jay is going to let it this play out because the obvious reason of not letting Austin keep the title on a count out, and it means we get more of the CROWD FIGHTING as Austin controls most of the fight, punching Matt throughout the floor seats. Matt tries to turn the tides at points but the champion is able to cleanly fight back every time. But the momentum is finally broken when the challenger is able to fling Austin UP AND OVER THE GUARDRAIL to eventually end up back inside the ringside area and falling flat and hard on the concrete!

Austin staggers/limps up to his feet, but the aggressive challenger is able to grab the Champ by the back of the head - face to the apron! A second time! A third face smash as Matt slams Austin into the ring apron and aggressively screams at him to stay down.

Mickey Jay wants the match in the ring, and after the crowd pleasing spots, we’re finally getting there. However, there’s no collar-and-elbow spots still as Matt forces Pieper into small bumps with several Headlock Takeovers and Snapmares, staggering Austin and making it easy for Matt to snatch him up - BUT RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP FROM THE CHAMPION!

For the first time maybe ever, a smattering of boos echoes throughout the arena for the champion methodically slowing down his usual pace, clearly getting into his head only causing him to take an even slower pace. But as Austin goes to pick up Matt again for a russian leg sweep again, Matt expertly somersaults on the landing, grabbing Austin's left leg, rolling to his feet, and transitioning right into a standing Boston Crab similar to a Walls of Jericho! Austin is completely surprised by the technical wizardry of Panama City Playboy and Matt's slowly turning him over…

...Austin's scrambling to try and break free as Matt finally is able to TURN HIM! The Boston Crab is in!

It’s not taken long for The Boston Crab to get locked in and the crowd’s buzzing to slowly start to turn into a smattering of claps and cheering from the crowd for Matt Charles! But Austin's scrambling has him almost immediately able to grab onto the middle rope and force a break from Mickey Jay! Commentary builds the energy in the stadium and how this is unlike anything they have ever seen, that the crowd seems to slowly be getting behind the challenger Matt Charles for the first time in a very long time! Austin isn’t looking very powerful right now as he clings to the bottom rope for dear life, clearly shocked by how well Matt has been on the offensive and how a smattering of the crowd has seemingly turned. The referee tries to pull Matt off of Austin after a 3 count with the rope break, but it isn't until Austin can power out of it and escape back out to ringside.

Pieper sulks around the outside holding his back in pain and shouting at a couple groups of fans in the front row chanting for Matt. There’s still no count from Mickey Jay, but Austin's not in retreat mode anyways. He’s feeling slightly embarrassed by Matt, and he’s ready to get right back into the ring and prove why he is the Undisputed Champion.

Austin gets back into the ring and there’s a stare down for a few moments and some trash talking from one another, eventually shooting into a collar-and-elbow tie-up. Austin clearly tries to overpower Matt in the lock-up and even starts driving the challenger backwards, trying to utilize his anger and adrenaline to get the upperhand. But Matt just uses Austin's momentum against him to easily spin out and get behind him. Austin stumbles from Matt slipping out, and Matt easily uses the momentum to drive Austin sternum first into the turnbuckles! The Playboy transitions quick again, grabbing Austin and going old school with a FACE SMASH into the top turnbuckle! Matt looks like he is going to jump back to the outside of the ring, but instead in rare fashion starts playing to the crowd, smashing Austin's face several times into the turnbuckle, counting them one by one to the count of ten!

But Matt's rare playing to the crowd turns his attention away from his opponent, allowing Austin the chance to gouge Matt in the eye! Austin easily slides underneath the bottom rope holding Matt's right left firmly and taunting to the referee that he is going to smash it against the steel ring post. The referee screams for Austin to get back into the ring and with a slight smirk, Austin rares back with Matt's leg and swings away - RIGHT KNEE TO THE RING POST!

The crowd starts getting a little bit louder with the booing, but much of the crowd is still very full pro Austin. Matt screams out in agony, holding his right knee! Austin wipes a small smudge of blood from his lip with a sadistic smile and then once again grabs Matt's right leg, viciously swinging it EVEN HARDER THAN BEFORE INTO THE RING POST AGAIN!!

"Oh my god! He's going to shatter his leg on that solid steel ring post!" - Mike Tenay

"He's not gonna stop until he makes that leg look like one of those deflated inflatable tubes outside of a used car lot!" - Ben Davis

Austin teases that he is going to slam Matt's leg again into the ring post, but instead chuckles to himself, and locks on the RING POST FIGURE FOUR!

Matt screams even louder at the referee to intervene, desperately grabbing onto the bottom rope. Mickey Jay starts his 3 count break, but Austin refuses to let up and just pulls harder and harder on Matt's legs around the ring post! It isn't until somehow someway Matt is able to use his leg strength to pull Austin face first into the RING POST!

Finally Austin is forced to break free with both men completely laid out, Austin outside the ring and Matt inside the ring clearly both in an immense amount of pain. It’s a vital counter from Matt, saving his creaking knee from certain doom, but the damage might've been done for the challenger. Austin collapses against the bottom of the ring after having his face eat the ring post, staying down for several long moments. The Panama City Playboy though isn’t sure if he wants to pursue Austin outside the ring or just have a chance to regain his composure. Matt tries several times to get back up to is feet, but he clearly cannot put any weight on his right leg after the devastating assault. Each time that Matt is able to somewhat get back up onto his feet, he completely collapses back onto the canvas. The crowd is slowly starting to get more and more behind Matt, clapping and cheering for him to get back up to his feet. While Austin outside the ring slowly rises up from the corner of the canvas to reveal his face covered in blood from that ring post shot!

"Holy ****! Is that Satan????" - Ben Davis

"I think a demon has been awoken inside Austin Pieper tonight!" - Coty Coleman

"And I would not want to be the challenger in that ring right now! I have never seen Austin like this!" - Mike Tenay

Like a shark, Austin is on another level now with the blood dripping off his chin. Austin starts slowly stalking down a completely beaten down Matt laying flat back on the canvas. Austin holds his Brotherhood fist in the air and starts viciously kicking the extremely injured right leg of the challenger!!

"Like it or not boys, this is how you win championships!" - Ben Davis

Austin picks Matt up to his knees, bounces off the ropes, and comes barreling in with a right knee to Matt's face!! BAM! Austin covers Matt for the cover, but Matt refuses to stay down kicking out at the count of two.

Austin doesn’t even bother to argue though with the referee, instead getting back up to his feet, bouncing off the ropes, and then starts dropping a series of Elbow Drops right onto the injured right leg again! After three consecutive successful landings, Austin goes for another cover, hooking a leg this time. 1… 2… Kick out!

Austin this time goes off completely on the referee in anger and threatens to attack him if he doesn't start LEGITIMATELY COUNTING, but referee Mickey Jay is hearing none of it and stands his ground against the champion! Austin pushes Jay over to the side, picks a completely beaten down and spent Matt back up to his knees, and starts motioning to the crowd that he is going to hit his CinCity Driver. But as he is about to pick Matt up for his finish, Matt starts throwing haymaker after haymaker on the champion, trying to do everything he can to squeeze out of this jam! Matt starts fighting his way back to somehow make it back up to his feet, but right as he gets back up onto his feet right leg injured and all, Austin comes from out of nowhere and is sneakily knees him in the abdomen dropping him back down to the canvas once again!

That doubles Matt over, and Austin drops him to his chest with a powerful double sledge! Again Austin hits the ropes, to drop both knees down onto the face of Matt! Austin rolls him over for another pin. 1… 2… Shoulder up!

Austin isn't playing any games now though. Once Matt is able to desperately kick out somehow again, Austin starts pounding his fists on the turnbuckles and screaming for Matt to stagger back up. Matt is slow to roll back up onto his knees, but Austin quickly grabs his head and pulls him up the rest of the way. Austin spits in the face of Matt and then picks him up connecting with his brutal CinCity Driver!! But in the process of coming down with Matt, Matt's leg spins around and knocks referee Mickey Jay clear across the other side of the ring, temporarily knocking him out! Austin doesn't realize the referee has been knocked out and goes to cover Matt for what seems to like should be a definitive end, but there is no referee to make the count. Austin's eyes grow wide and he hobbles up to his feet, trying to grab Mickey every which way to revive him, screaming down at him to "MAKE THE FUCKING COUNT!!!"

After the ref is clearly not able to make any sort of count, Austin looks back down at a laid out Matt and starts to chuckle to himself. Austin slowly and methodically walks over to Matt and proceeds to rip his shirt off and roll him onto his stomach!

"Oh now what is going on here guys??" - Mike Tenay

"I don't know but it looks like Austin has something on his mind right now!" - Ben Davis

"Oh don't tell me he's going to do this...NO...NO" - Mike Tenay

The vicious side of Austin is coming out as he rips the leather belt from his shorts and he holds it up to the crowd, selling how painful this belt can be.

"Get out the boots, boys! We're about to see a good old fashioned ass whippin contest!" - Ben Davis

Matt is able to get up to his hands and toes, but he’s not ready to defend the LEATHER BELT TO THE BACK FROM THE CHAMPION!

"OH MY GOD YOU COULD HEAR THAT FROM OVER HERE!" - Coty Coleman

That drops Matt back down to his hands and knees - SECOND WHIP keeps Matt on his hands and knees! A THIRD WHIP puts Matt supine, and the champion keeps going now! FOURTH! FIFTH! SIXTH! SEVENTH! EIGHTH WHIP to Matt's bare back leaving welt after welt with no end in sight!!!

The referee is still out cold and Austin seems to be taking full advantage of this. Austin starts laughing maniacally, getting more and more aggressive. Charles rolls onto his back to try and protect himself from more whips to his back, and when Austin sees that, the laugh turns to a sinister grin… BELT RIGHT TO THE UNPROTECTED CHEST!

"AND MATT CAN'T GET AWAY!!!" - Coty Coleman

Pieper absolutely cracks Charles in the chest with the belt! Pieper lands a SECOND WHIP TO THE CHEST! as Pieper takes several steps back to give him even more oomph for a third shot.

Austin goes in for the THIRD WHIP…but the referee pulls the belt away from behind Austin! Mickey Jay isn’t going to disqualify Pieper, but he's not going to just let this happen! The referee snatches the belt away from the unsuspecting Pieper, and chucks it out of the ring! MASSIVE cheers for the senior referee!! Commentary sells

Standing up for himself, the rules, and the championship, the senior official doesn’t back down as Austin turns around and tries to intimidate him. Austin even raises a hand to punch the referee, but Jay the ref holds his ground pushing back the champion right into a somehow someway now standing Matt Charles!! Matt turns a shocked Austin Pieper around and connects with a SPINEBUSTER OUT OF NOWHERE!!

"SPINE BUSTER TO AUSTIN! SPINE BUSTER TO AUSTIN!!" - Mike Tenay

Matt rallies the crowd up from behind him in somewhat we never thought we would see or hear in our wildest dreams!! Matt struggles over to the ropes still holding onto his right leg in excruciating pain. Matt climbs up to the top of the ropes, screams out a WOO, and then proceeds to leap off in dramatic fashion -- PANAMA CITY FROG SPLASH!!!!!

An exhausted Matt lies on top of Austin as referee Mickey Jay jumps down to the canvas gleefully ready to count the three. 1...2.....3!!! Matt wins! Matt wins! WE HAVE A NEW WWEP UNDISPUTED WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!!

With everyone coming to the realization that Matt Charles is the new WWEP Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion, the crowd is now fully behind him like he's Ricky Steamboat 2.0! Commentary all stand up from the booth and clap for an amazing struggle between both competitors. Matt's eyes fill up with water as he is presented his new Undisputed Championship belt by referee Mickey Jay. Matt can barely stand but he holds up his championship belt high in the air to a very now pro Panama City Playboy crowd! Austin slowly slides out from underneath the ropes and to the outside, slowly turning around to stare at the new champion. Commentary sells the shock and awe of Matt being the new Undisputed Champion, but also sells the disappointment and frustration Austin must have inside right now after losing both titles. Commentary applauds Austin for his effort as well, while Austin just continues to stare down an emotional and elated new Undisputed Champion. Matt from inside the ring extends out his hand to Austin as a sign of respect, but Austin shakes his head in disgust and throws up his middle finger to the new champion before turning back around and hobbling up the ramp, much to the disapproval from Mike Tenay and Coty Coleman on commentary.

"What?! Just because we have a new champion and it's some dream, the former champion has to be all kumba ya with everything that happened!?" - Ben Davis

"Well no but he can show a little bit of respect! Both these men put up a hell of a figh..." - Mike Tenay

"No! That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard, Tenay! God! You're becoming as dumb as Coleman over there!" - Ben Davis

"What??!?" - Coty Coleman

"Shut up, Coleman! Point blank, Referee Mickey Jay shouldn't ever be allowed to officiate another match in WWEP! It's sickening it had to end this way!" - Ben Davis

Matt shrugs off Austin's demeanor and continues to play up to the crowd celebrating with the belt again. When all of a sudden, the lights in the entire stadium go out and a resounding thud echoes! Commentary sells the confusion as to what is happening with some white noise starts blaring through the PA and a large RED X flashes onto the jumbo tron with a loud reaction from the crowd! Red X's muffled and ominous voice echoes through out the arena.

"You were warned that the blood would rain down on the streets of Dallas tonightttttt. You have never felt the wrath of a monster. You have one decision to make..FORFEIT......OR EXPIRE. (screaming) FORFEIT OR EXPIRE!!!!!" - Red X

The lights suddenly come back on as referee Mickey Jay looks obviously shook just cowering over in the corner. Jay tries to beg Matt just to drop the title belt in the center of the ring and leave with him. Matt recollects about his decision for a second, clearly taking it all in, knowing that after the match he just had with Austin...he might just not have too much left. Matt holds his head down and goes to hobble out of the ring slowly laying down the championship belt. But before he can actually lay it down and exit, the crowd starts chanting PLAY-BOY PLAY-BOY PLAY-BOY, making the decision even harder for him. Matt pauses and looks up at the crowd with tears rolling down his face and Jay still trying to get him to leave the ring without the belt.

Matt shakes his head no and starts swinging the title belt like a madman over his head several times screaming, "I'LL NEVER EXPIRE!!! I'LL NEVER EXPIRE!!" Matt lays the title belt down in the center of the ring and throws his arms out screaming that "if he wants his title, he can come get his title!" Matt not backing down is ready for a fight, but commentary continues to sell how bad of an idea this might be for him for not just his title reign, but his health and LIFE! The lights all shut down in an instant in the stadium for a few seconds and then come right back on with Red X standing ominously in the center of the ring just staring at the new Undisputed Champion!

The crowd pops with excitement that Matt is going to defend his title just minutes after the fight of his life against Austin Pieper! Matt screams for the timekeeper outside of the ring to ring the bell as he struggles to even walk around as X just stands there staring at what looks to be his next prey. Mickey Jay reluctantly calls for the bell to ring and goes over to Red X to check his knees for any weapons or anything, but Red X like Michael Myers just grabs the referee and lawn darts him across the ring to the corner! Jay holds his back in agony from the bump and his eyes widen in fear, but Matt screams at him to let the match start.

WWEP Undisputed World Heavyweight Championship; Matt Charles (c) vs Red X

Matt goes in and starts trying to just unload haymaker after haymaker on Red X to try and end this as early as possible, but it doesn't seem to be phasing Red at all! Red X grabs Matt by his head and runs to the turnbuckle with Matt and slams him face first onto the top turnbuckle! The force of the face smash on the turnbuckle and brute strength of Red causes Matt to bounce off the turnbuckle like a Yo Yo!!! As more and more time goes on, it is looking like clearly Matt is in no shape for a fight against anyone, certainly not Red X. Red X starts stalking Matt down like a predator and as soon as it looks like Matt might make it back up to his feet, Red X bends down and starts hitting him viciously as hard as he can with punch after punch, completely busting the new champion wide open! Jay is reluctant to try and break up anything, so much of Red's assault on Matt goes completely un-manned and un-officiated. The crowd has quickly turned almost silent just taking in the vicious assault from Red X on their new favorite Undisputed Champion. Before Red X lets up on his assault though, he grabs Matt by the throat and starts choking him!! Matt gasps for air and tries to reach for a rope, but Red X is just relentless wanting to do everything he can just to completely choke the life out of him. Finally the choking subsides when Red X picks Matt up by his throat and comes barreling him right back down to the hard unforgiving canvas with a chokeslam that would knock out Mike Tyson!

"This is just brutal!" - Coty Coleman

"I know Coty....I know." - Mike Tenay

"This guy is an absolute monster! But he warned him! He gave him the chance to just put the belt in the ring and leave, but he wanted to put Red X to the test! And I think right now he is regretting that more than anything he has ever regretted in his entire life!" - Ben Davis

Matt looks to stand no chance against Red X, doing what he can to throw a punch here and there...but Red X is right there to stop him dead in his tracks. Red X picks Matt back up onto his knees, motioning for a Tombstone Piledriver to finish him off. But as Red X picks Matt up for a Tombstone Piledriver, through some heroic and super human like ability, Matt is able to wiggle out of it and slide down Red X's back rolling him up into a small package roll up out of nowhere!!!! Jay leaps down to the mat and counts a very quick 1-2-3 to end the match and solidify Matt as still the Undisputed Champion!

"You've got to be kidding me?!? AGAIN???!? HE STOLE A VICTORY AGAIN??!??" - Ben Davis

"Ha ha yes!!! That roll up will catch you out of anywhere!" - Coty Coleman

The crowd pops with excitement as soon as Jay comes down with the very quick 3! Jay though quickly scurries out of the ring and up the ramp to avoid any sort of retribution from a very shocked and angry Red X. As Matt lies completely motionless on his back in the center of the ring, Red X is standing there clinching his fists and seething in anger staring down at the man who just literally STOLE A VICTORY FROM HIM! Matt slowly struggles over to the corner of the ring to try and pick himself back up to his feet, not really believing what just happened either. But as Matt slowly struggles up to his knees desperately grabbing at the middle turnbuckle to boost himself up, the lights in the stadium once again go out.

"Now what is this?" - Mike Tenay

"Haven't we had enough surprises tonight!" - Coty Coleman

The lights come back on and the camera zooms into the corner to show Matt holding onto another very colossal and threatening force! This time it is another man with a X mask on, but it isn't red, IT'S BLACK! The colossal force just stands there motionless staring down at a reeling and very broken down Matt Charles! This Black X figure rares back and punches down at Matt, causing him to crash back down onto the canvas. This Black X figure starts kicking Matt profusely, not letting him even attempt to get back up onto his knees. This Black X figure drags Matt by his head over to Red X who is remaining still in the center of the ring. The Black X figure continues to beat Matt down with vicious shots to the face as Red X just stands there in approval staring down at the carnage.

Finally the assault comes to a definitive close when the Black X figure drags Matt outside the ring to the guard rail next to the commentary booth. Black X clears out the way by punching Ben Davis and Coty Coleman in the face and causing Tenay to scurry out of the way. Black X props a completely lifeless Matt over the guard rail with half his body on the fan side of the guard rail and the other half of his body laying just a couple feet above the top of the commentary table.

Black X points up to his fellow assailant Red X and nods his head "yes". Red X climbs up onto the top rope and leaps off in dramatic fashion with the Heaven's Sword outside of the ring (flying curb stomp right to the back of Matt's head)! As the boot comes down on the back of Matt's head, it causes him to completely flip over the guard rail and flat back onto the commentary booth! A shot that looks like it almost broke his neck! Black X jumps up onto the apron in one fell swoop and leaps onto the top turnbuckle himself. Black X holds up an "X" to his assailant partner and leaps off like a superhero with The Circles of Hell (a 540 splash) onto the champion crashing down through the commentary booth!!!!

Matt lies completely unconscious and knocked out at ringside as the Black X figure leaps back up to his feet and stares deep into the eyes through the mask of Red X. The two nod in approval with one another and then stand over top of Matt's lifeless body, holding up Xs with their fists as cameras come to a close for the night.
